   I upgraded to WordPress 2.5 yesterday and when I looked at the Google Webmaster Tools I found that the RSS feed being used as a sitemap was now generating errors with Google. Below are the errors I receive from Google Webmaster Tools:

   URL of Sitemap: http://www.jaydrake.net/?feed=rss2

   Invalid URL
   This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.
   Parent tag: channel
   Tag: link
   Found: Apr 11, 2008

   Invalid XML: too many tags
   Too many tags describing this tag. Please fix it and resubmit.
   Parent tag: channel
   Tag: link
   Found: Apr 11, 2008

   Incorrect namespace
   Your Sitemap or Sitemap index file doesn't properly declare the namespace.
   Parent tag: channel
   Tag: link
   Found: Apr 11, 2008

   you could use my plugin which generates a special google sitemaps compliant XML file:
