Google Sitemap - Error when activating plugin (4 posts)

When I try to activate the Google Sitemap plugin, I get the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mysite.com\httpdocs\blog\wp-content\plugins\googlemapper\classes\GMap_Factory.inc.php on line 22

    Does anyone have any ideas?

Looks like a problem with the plugin itself. Have you checked with the people who make it? Could be a simple file corruption. Try deactivating, deleting and re-uploading it.

    Hi trumja,

this is not an issue with the Google Sitemap Plugin, but the GoogleMapper plugin. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/googlemapper/

    Best regards,

Hi trumaj, this is not an issue with the GoogleMapper Plugin. I think that is the PHP version of your hosting.
Remember that this plugin uses PHP 5.x

    Best regards,
