Google Search in Atahualpa (3 posts)

    Hello!

    I successfully replaced the default Atahualpa search engine with Google's. Now, when I type a query at Atahualpa's Search Box I get Google's search results. But I couldn't get my search results to appear in an Atahualpa page, only a blank page.

    I have followed the instructions at http://aleembawany.com/2008/02/11/google-custom-search-and-wordpress-integration/ , replacing the Search Box Form located at /atahualpa/functions/bfa_header_config.php with Google's Search Form.

    Could anyone tell me how to make the search results appear not on a blank page, but on one integrated with my Atahualpa theme?

    The website is http://medicinadoestilodevida.com.br and I am using Atahualpa 3.3.2, and WP 2.7.1 .

    I'm having the same problem. It looks like you solved this. How did you do it?

    To solve this, I created a Search page that begins like this:

    <?
    require('./wp-blog-header.php');
    	get_header();
    	?>
    	<!-- Google CSE Search Box BeginsĀ  -->

    <!-- Google CSE Search Box Ends -->

    <!-- Google Search Result Snippet Begins -->
    ...
    <!-- Google Search Result Snippet Ends -->

    That's it!
