Google search results problems

Hello,

I’m searching and searching everywhere and i can’t find an answer.
My problem is:
When I search for my website in Google Search Bar I see this:

webbg4.jpg » Car Logos
http://www.autologos.org/?attachment_id=280 – Translate this pageShare 2 days ago – http://autologos.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/webbg4.jpg.

And when I click this, I go to http://www.autologos.org/?attachment_id=280
(A page that I didn’t create)

How do I change webb4.jpg, the description and link?
