    Check if there is any space before or after the url.

    No spaces. I have submitted a ticket and have also narrowed it down to colon usage. As soon as a colon is placed in the field (http://), it fails to save, no matter what url it is. I will await further contact on my ticket.

    As this is a causing because of some server related configuration, please open a support ticket at clients dot acurax dot com and post your wordpress login along with google plus url and we will configure it for you..

    You can also do it, by adding the following code to your theme’s function.php file, Make sure you know to edit php file, single mistake can make your site down.

    update_option(‘acx_widget_si_gplus’,”YOUR GOOGLE PLUS URL HERE”);
