I decided to deactivate Cleaner Gallery since I thought a couple of validation errors was the lesser evil compared to Google Page Speed's "! Specify Image Dimensions".

This is okay now. I think it fixed itself about 5 months ago. I forgot to update this thread.
No more problems between Clean Gallery and Page Speed.
