   Hi guys, my site doesn't seem to be indexing properly in Google. When I check my Google Analytics, people are finding my site but they end up on / or /page/2 which is not what I want as it's not useful to visitors.

   How can I make it such that visitors land on my permalinks instead? I've configured it to be custom, using the post name.

   I'm also using a custom theme I made myself, not sure if that's the problem.

   You can check how many of your pages are indexed by Google using site:your-site-url in Google search.

   To help Google index your pages you'll need to:
   1. Create a sitemap with the Google XML Sitemaps plugin.
   2. Use Google Webmaster Tools.
