My site has recently stopped indexing within Google News. I am getting errors which include 404 page errors, 500 errors, noindex tag found. I have not made any changes to my site.
Is anyone else having the same issues? or know how to fix this issue?

If you have a Google Webmasters account, you can log in and see what GOOGLE thinks the errors are.

The errors are from Google Webmasters. For some reason I am getting a "noindex tag found" I understand the purpose of this tag, but I have never used it. Google is not able to crawl my site for some reason. I also tried to use a different sitemap plugin, no luck as of yet.

What's in your robots.txt file?
Go to domain.com/robots.txt (even if you don't have one, WP will make one).

You'll have to search google's help for understanding the errors. Check each page with the error basically, view the output source, and see if anything jumps out.
