I just added a page to edit location.
I'm not using a custom template for it.
I just created a page and assigned that as Edit locations page.

I added a 1px border to show where the map container is.
This is a screenshot with no info entered.
Then it says Location not found.

If I enter any info, nothing shows up.

The map does work on adding a new event.

This sounds like a possible Javascript conflict. Do you get the same problem with all other plugins deactivated and with the default theme?

no will have to test that early in the morning, when USA sleeps and Europe awakes...

but it does work on the submit event page...
you can see for yourself, http://www.freerides.org/events/submit/?action=edit

I remember similar issue before and I think this is resolved with the latest EM version or atleast the dev version, can I know what is your current EM version?

    Latest stable version.
    I always update asap.

Couldn't switch back to default theme and kill all plugins yet...
