Hi
I need a google map plugin for wordpress 3.0.1 which will give me all or close to the following:
(1) map on static page with village/town boundary semi transparent overlay
(2) zoom in/out map facility needed
(2.1) preferably but not demanded with map walk through ability
(2.2) preferably but not demanded with drive to facility
(3) ability for web site visitor to place marker on the map to show such as pothole in the road or a leaking fire hydrant
(4) ability for visitor to email the map with the marker and a short description of the problem to the town manager
Does such a plugin or even close exist or can you provide one.

Nothing found to date.
I have had to put this line of enquiry onto a back burner at present.
Have you found anything of interest??

I'm working on a code but I don't think I will make it a plugin, so far I'm able to show the overlay over a google map and allow visitor to place markers I think I will reach a good state after a week ... if u have a link send it to me so I can see what you have done so far, I can't send you mine for now as I'm still working locally
