I want to have a Google Maps Plug in on my site with a list of locations shown separately. Each location in the list will be a link to their location on the map.
Is there one plug-in that does all of this or do I have to do some combining. I am not an advanced user, but can figure most things out if given the parts.

You should be able to achieve something very similar using gPress - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gpress/ - which is presently in its earlier BETA stages but is still one of the most powerful geo=-tagging tools available for WordPress.
