Google & Linkedln button not on the same position, Twitter button is to big

Hello,
I have added the horizontal line with the buttons, but Google+ & Linkedln buttons are on top of the div. I have try to redefine the CSS with table / valign run, but I can not move the buttons down to the same line like facebook, twitter eg.
Also the cell with the twitter button is larger than the others. I have colored the social-ring-button CSS class so you can see the problem, so the Twitter button must be a little bit smaller, Google & Linkedln must move to the middle (or all buttons must be layouted at the top) and the facebook buttons must be a little bit bigger.
