Google indexing my site incorrectly (3 posts)

I have a new site and now I'm wondering why Google is indexing some files under plugins directory such as:

    techtwitz.com/wp-content/plugins
    techtwitz.com/wp-content/plugins/vipers-video-quicktags/resources/tinymce3/
    http://techtwitz.com/wp-content/plug...ns/fashion.swf

In addition, Google doesn't index my latest post until 2 to 3 days, so if I have a latest news, it will not become fresh until it was index.

By the way, please search the site:techtwitz.com and select the "past week" in the date range to see what I am talking about.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

By default WordPress has this value in robots.txt

    User-agent: *
    Disallow:

    Sitemap: http://techtwitz.com/sitemap.xml.gz

the last line is made by google sitemap generator.

I actually don't have problem with my other site also running using WordPress. I cannot of course disallow wp-content in robots.txt because the files and pictures within it will not be index anymore.

I have also use webmaster tools.
