Can anyone tell me what kind of page rank hit a website would get if I moved it from a company hosted site to a wp.org site. The company that it
is hosted on does some of the seo and does have it ranked very high for our key words. It's a template based website http://www.myteamconnect.com . Over the years I have created many backlinks and seo on my own and would like to switch over to wp. I do own the url and content. Any thoughts on the correct way to go about it without a major hit from search engines?

Redirect your old URLs to the new, WP ones, and that should pretty much cover it.

Unless you are an expert in .htaccess syntax, you might want to look at the redirection plugin
