   I doubt it. VibrantMedia is an ad-banner company not a search engine. It delivers content-targetted ads like Google Adwords but only advertises on sites that:
   # Receive more than 250,000 page impressions per month
   # Use English as the primary language
   # Contain content across the following categories – Computing & IT, General News, Business, Small Business
   # Have a demographic user profile as follows: C-level, IT professional, developer, business decision maker and technology consumer/enthusiast
