Hi Masonlau,
Try the following:
- In your WordPress Admin Area go to: Settings > Google Fonts and click the Advanced Tab.
- Click the Save Google API Key button.
Let me know how you get on.
Sunny
Hi Sunny,
I did do that before I emailed:). I saw that was your advice to the other person who had a similar problem.
I did not, however, do a new clean install first as you advised the other person. Should I try that?
Thank you,
Mason
Hi Mason,
Try a clean install and let me know how you get on. If that doesn’t solve it I’m more than happy to take a look at it for you.
Sunny
Hi Sunny,
I’ve tried everything, including cleaning up my database, but I can’t fix it. My guess is that I’ve done something to the site that can’t be fixed (by me, anyway).
Thanks for your help. Sure it isn’t anything wrong on your end….
Mason
Hi, I’m having the same problem. It loads the standard fonts but not the google fonts. It says my API key is good. I’ve hit save several times. I have regenerated the key twice. I am at a loss.
