google crome – too many re-directs and links

When I open my site on google crome the entire thing looks like a mess. There are all these open and see more and redirects and tags all over my text and images. In comparison to my site on safari google its totally normal and cool.

On Crome even little words in my text are underlined and highlighted green and then these horrible boxes offer you to search these words.

Can someone help. Is there a way to turn this off ??? its ruining my site
