Hello.
my tourism website http://www.touringflorence.com has gone from 3 in rank to zero and the cache is gone. Now it is coming back slowly.
I have been receiving spam emails from russian website? I am under spam attack and google cancelled me cause those people linked me to their sites?
Should i turn off all comments, trackballs and pings on posts?

yu should use some protection!
Do you have akismet turned on? It comes with WP, its a plugin.

If you're talking about PageRank, your home page is currently zero. With an Alexa ranking over 14 million, it's likely that it was always PR-0. I'm guessing that whatever you were using to check your PR is inaccurate.
For the record, spam emails have nothing to do with PR. Backlinks are the only thing that drives PR. Obviously, the higher PR and more relevant sites, the more PR juice you get.

I am a bit confused with this "those people linked me to their sites". Whether your site link is placed on their site or they have placed their link on your site?? kindly throw some light on this.
Because if you have placed your link on their site and those sites are not relevant due to which you might be receiving spam emails, then you can withdraw your links from there.
As for PR, you can definitely improve it by getting quality backlinks :)
