   We recently redesigned our site (purchased and customized a theme) :) and decided to keep wordpress in its own directory.

   So in our General Settings we have it as:

   WordPress Address: http://websiteurl.com/wordpress

   Blog Address: http://websiteurl.com

   Site is working great, however GA does not seem to be tracking any visits to the new site.

   Has anyone had problems with Google Analytics and running wordpress from it's own directory?

   mine is running fine and I did the same thing.
