Google Analytics Plugin – all themes

I installed this plugin: http://boakes.org/analytics

It seems to work with the default theme; but none of the others.

When I say it works; I mean I can see the analytics code in my source; although Analytics shows that tracking is not yet installed; but I have read that it can take days to update this.

So, could anyone please guide me as to what I do?
