   The Google analytics that is packaged with WordPress 3.2.1 doesn't register clicks on my subsite pages.

   Any ideas why?

   GA is not packaged with WP, any version.

   Are you using MultiSite? If so, did you install the plugin on the subsites?

   ooops! I assumed it was Google analytics, but I guess it is just WordPress Site Stats. I"m usin MultiSite, but the site stats menu item doesn't show up in the sub site.

   I guess I just need to go ahead and get the Google Analytics plugin.

   WP Stats also are not packaged with WP, in any version :) They've always been a plugin (currently included in Jetpack). You would have to install the plugin and activate per site.
