Looking at the page source the code is there but it’s not displaying anything. Maybe the number of adsense ads on the page it too many and google are not returning one there? There seems to be only 3 interpost ads but code for more than that – I would try reading up what google have to say about this topic as it doesn’t seem to be a WordPress issue.

Are you using some code to display the 468 ads in the first posts?
If so, this is probably the problem.
I used to have a code for only diplaying a 468 ad after the first post, this made the tower in the sidebar disappear. I then decided to only go for the tower in the sidebar. Here’s how it looks:

yes, you are displaying three in the body of the page, so it punts when you try and load the tower. You need to cap your body ads to two if you want the tower always available.

So if I understand you, you can only display two in-post sets of google ads per page or else you lose the sidebar ad?

sortof. Google only allows 3 ads on one page. If you load one at the end of the first 3 posts, any code for others will not work. You need to limit it to 3 ads on the page, by setting it to only display 2 in the post section and one on the sidebar.
