Good Site For Skins? Also How Do I Use It A Skin?

I a new to all of this. I have cPanel and can install WordPress in like 3 seconds. But I have a blog on another site and need to move it quick.

I need to find a good site for skins. I dont know anything about HTML or XML or whatever.

If someone could help me that would be great! I wanted a skin that was kinda blue and white. With like a blue header.

If someone knows the link to a skin like that oh I ask you post it. I am really so exited about using WP.

I hear it beats MT by far so that is amazing to me. I am using square space right now and it kinda fits what I need but not much.

Also is there a way to have 2 editors? Like two users can post posts? I have seen one person post and their user name does not show up.

So is there a way to make the names show up? I’m sorry this is long. Its just never mind.
