   is there a good shopping cart system for 2.8.3 ?

   i am unable to find one.

   Same problem.

   I want a shopping cart to allow me to sell files. And no solution I can find seems to work easily as it should.

   Any luck with this pgedeon ?

   many folks - myself included - use

   Hi samboll, thanks for your reply.

   I wish to make a blog where every post holds one product for sale. Each product is a file for download.
   I am currently leaning towards using eshop, since it looks simpler.
   What do you think ?

   I haven't used eshop, but looking at the files and code it is simpler. Not sure if it will work for what you want but the author is friendly - so ask him. :>)

   You may also want to check out the PHPurchase WordPress Ecommerce Plugin. You can place Add To Cart buttons any where you want and it lets you sell either digital or physical products. It connects with PayPal or any payment gateway that implements the Authorize.net API. A couple sites that use it are http://www.QuietHeadphones.com and http://www.Putting-Arc.com And, of course, the PHPurchase website uses their own plugin as well to sell their digital products.
