Good plugin – but no support

Love the plugin and the ability to customize things exactly the way I want. But the forms don’t display in a sidebar, even though I purchased one of their sidebar templates. I tried contacting the company via the website and even twitter – crickets. So use the free version, which is great – but I would not purchase anything from these guys.
