The notification message can be customized. It is on the plugin settings page.
Yes I know, but when a use the function available in the post page settings or on the page page settings, the message that the plugin send is standard and I can’t modify the mention about ”new blog content”.
When I use the funtion Email User > Send to User or > Send to Group, I need compose a message, I have not an automatic message to send..
But the plugin is good.. I’m using this and is working very well.
Yes you can. The email text and the email subject can both be set to whatever you want. They are global settings and once set, are stored in the WordPress database and will be used for all Notifications until you change it again.
Dashboard > Settings > Email Users
The fields you want to change are:
- Default Notification Subject
- Default Notification Body
There are 16 settings for Email users available to tune it for your needs.
Now would it be nice to have an Email subject and body field that the user can edit when doing a Notification? Absolutely. It has been requested and I’ve given it a cursory look and it doesn’t look too hard and I’ll get to it one day but I can’t promise how soon.
I am in the midst of one of those periods where I am incredibly busy at work and also working on a major volunteer project for our High School so my time work do feature enhancements is pretty limited right now and probably will remain that way for another month or so.
Oh
I’m so dumb.
I’m sorry… lololol
I didnt saw this optioon on Settings > Email Users
Then I need to say that the plugin is five stars. lololol
It’s perfect.
I think you don’t need to make modifications any more.. lololol
Thank you very much!!!
