   I am getting the "GoldenGate Plugin: Problems making connection. Check proxy?" after trying to make the connection to my Picasa. I am running PHP 5.2.5 and no other plugins running.

   Hi,

   It doesn't look like you have the OpenSSL extension installed/enabled, which is required unless you are using an SSL proxy.

   @Xirzec: thanks a lot for the hint. i just installed a fresh suse linux and never would have missed ssl in my apache config in this relation. now it works just fine! thanks again!
