Gold Cart and Authorize.net not communicating (1 post)

    I just activated CC processing out of test mode on authorized. Every time a purchase is made the credit card is declined and the error message "This transaction cannot be accepted". I don't see any error codes that I can report back to authorize and troubleshoot with them so it makes me think this is a shopping cart problem
    Also, I've tried switching on and off the password required mode on authorize. They suggest to contact your shopping cart provider and ask them to enable their cart to pass your password or transaction key with every transaction. However I cannot find how to do this on gold cart. Could this be the problem or a detail?
    I have searched the getshopped forum for info, but it looks like many others are having the similar issues but nothing is shown as resolved.

    I would appreciate any additional ideas.
