godaddy instant page live while building wp website

Hi I’m very new and trying to learn and build my wp new website.
I’ve bought domain and hosting package from godaddy and I have instant page alive at my domain address.
Godaddy offers to install wp for you, so now I have installed wp.
I’d like to start using it without been seen so I guess I need to set up my site in a subdirectory. How can I do that?
