Two days after installing the plugin, I started to get an "Out of Memory" error. I could not load my site or even access the admin panel. I had to work from the control panel and literally delete the folder for the translator. It is not easy to uninstall either (i am still trying :(

You're the first user submitting this kind of issue... The plugin doesn't require a lot of memory to work. Perharps you have a conflicting plugin or a strange PHP configuration...

The same shit. It crashed my site too. The same Out of Memory. Even plugin deactivating and deleting of files cant help.
Can you answer, what modification does Global Translator do with database?

Global translator uses the DB only for saving the configuration options:
the cached files are saved on the filesystem.
On my blog I have more that 50000 translated pages without any memory problem...

I think it's about some conflicting plugins. May be Google XML Sitemaps or WordPress Database Backup or smth else.
