Global page navigation accross WordPress MU blogs

    Hi, i try to give all my members their own Site / Channel / Blog…. however i want that they can choose from different Themes while they create their new site BUT as they are member i want they all have a Global page navigation that is on the top of EVERY blog see example http://www.nbc.com or http://www.nbc.com/the-blacklist/ In both cases the main menu remains on the top. I found several article on my research and understand that i have to “hardcode” that into each theme individually, so the members are not able to remove that navigation. Can anybody help me or recommend me any plugin to achieve that? Thanks a lot in advanced. Steve

    Thanks IPSTENU for your replay but unfortunately this is not what would work as It would just replace a menu and user would be able to remove it. But thanks anyways.

    No, the user can’t remove it.

    Oh ok… so you mean if i have that plugin installed i can have a main navigation on each blog (SUB-SITE) where user can have their fully functional blog with their own navigation AS WELL but it would have a fix menu on top of each Blog then?

    What I mean is you should read that whole article about how the plugin works. 🙂 That’s always nice.

    If you use this plugin, you’ll be hard coding a call to your main site’s menu, which only you can edit, and the user will not be able to change. Any other menus will remain as they always are, editable. What menus those are depends on your theme.
