Gleam shopping cart?

Hi,
I’m just starting with wordpress and the Gleam theme by ElegantThemes is my first attempt… is it possible to have a shopping cart function?
Or how about with Nova, or any of the other themes there – can i take a e-commerce page from another theme and integrate it into my website?
