   My website (www.nyapartments.co.uk) appears to have broken down due to me trying to follow the instructions on this page: http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory
   I was trying to change the permalinks, but instead changed the Site URL.
   Can someone please help me fix it?
   Currently, I can't even access the admin control panel.

   You can fix the site URL by adding a few lines of code to the wp-config file. Here's a link to a WordPress article on it:

   Thanks Tim - My problem is that I have changed a setting and am not able to even access the WP backend!
   Is there any other way to access it?

   if you read the link, there are several options to do it without the back end admin - that's what the page is for
