   Hello, I've got one user that is Russian (the rest of us are using US English).

   I would like to provide them their own language for their WordPress install. Is this possible? They have their own install of WordPress so it is not a shared resource. They have already got the install, and can edit now, but it is difficult for them since they would prefer to use the Russian alphabet.

   Help? Thanks,
