Github RSS Feed not working on any RSS feed plugin

Hello,

I can’t seem to find any RSS feed plugin that will display my github activity RSS Feed.

Has anyone out there ever put a github RSS feed into a wordpress RSS feed plugin? If so, which one?

The error that all of them say is:

HTTP request failure

couldn’t connect to host
HTTP Transport:

string(12) “WP_HTTP_curl”

Is there a permissions that I have to activate at github? It’s weird because I’m able to see my github RSS feed on other feed readers (e.g. oldreader.com), just not any wordpress plugins.

Any help would be appreciated!
