Everyday, one post automatically appears (without any provocation) as the latest post on my blog. It's always the same type of post - eg. "What does xxxxx mean?" It appears from the administrator user (which is under my control) and looks like a spam post or a post written by a ghost.
Please help me in putting an end to this.
1) Change Usernames and Passwords in following:
- Webhost
- Database
- FTP
- WordPress login - you should definitely change admin username to something else right after installation was completed
2)Check theme files for hacked codes

Also do not use any plugin or script which are vulnerable in your blog and affect the blog.
Always stay u[pgraded to the plugins and wordpress as they are open source.
