Getting strange letters

whenever i activate the plugin, it shows the sharing buttons perfectly but adds some unwanted letters after the url of page or post.. for example if i load a post: http://technoxist.com/oppo-reveals-n1-specs-features/ than the post url becomes: http://technoxist.com/oppo-reveals-n1-specs-features/#.UkhQlYakwgk
If i deactivate the plugin than it works fine and there is nothing like #.UkhQlYakwgk…
please help me with this issue
