    Hey there,

    I recently just purchased your store pages addon for this wonderful plugin.

    I mainly bought this plugin for the increased SEO and, as such, I am trying to include the categories of the “store pages” into my site map using “XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 3.2.8.” I am able to get the individual store pages to be recognized, but the not categories themselves, which hold much importance. Any ideas how I can get these store page categories to get recognized outside of manually adding each one?

    One more question: Is there any easy way to change the permalink from “store-page” to something else?

    Thanks a bunch.

    One more thing (sorry): I can’t seem to find an easy way to modify the store category pages. Each one has the title “Archives” and has all the modules on the right-hand side that my main page does. How can I edit this template to have the page title be my header instead of “Archives” and full-width with no sidebar?

    Thanks again

    Store Pages are a custom page type but should behave just like any other WordPress page type. However there are various function calls that may need to be changed in your core theme and/or plugins to support custom post types, especially any plugins or themes that were originally developed prior to the custom page types becoming “mainline” in WP3.X.

    I echo JR: Is there any way to change the permalink from “store_page/” to something else?

    I’m not using this great plugin for stores, so It would be nice to change this to something else, like /liverystables/ for example.
    Is there an option somewhere to accommodate this?

    Not in the plugin directly at this time.

    Can you change the /store_page/ url programmatically?
    Store pages for stables makes this pretty unhelpful.

    @the_shopkeeper – that is all handled by WordPress. The page type name we assign is ‘store_page’, but how WordPress creates your Permalink URLs is completely up to the theme and WordPress engine. There are a ton of plugins (and themes) that will allow you to modify this. You could change the page type from ‘store_page’ to something else but it may wreak havoc on pre-existing store page content.

    @Charlseton Software,

    ou could change the page type from ‘store_page’ to something else

    where do I change that?

    The best way to manage this is with a permalinks plugin. Others have posted in the forums about plugins they used the work for them.
