   Whenever I create a new page within my admin panel, I am prompted to give it a page title. My only problem with this is that I don't want the page title to actually show up on the website as well. So, if I lable a page as ,"About us", I actually do not want that to show up on the site itself.

   Is there anyway to fix that?

   cool.

   question: which template am I supposed to insert that code into? is it sidebar template, stylesheets, etc...? I couldn't quite figure it out from reading the codex.

   Where is it appearing that you don't want it? My guess is the sidebar is what you'll want to adjust...

   I actually have a 3 column layout as shown here http://sachistudio.com/services/

   I don't want it to appear on the far right column.

   Ok, in that third column is there a wp_list_pages call? Adjust that and see if that provides the solution you are looking for.
