Getting rid of default target=”_blank” from sidebar links

I have In rss widgets and in text widgets added target=”_blank” even i’ve added rel=”external nofollow” to them. How can I get it out…

And… is there a plugin that from a list of rss feeds extract the most recent post link from each feed and list them. Something like a feed monitor… one link from each feed.
