Getting rid of comment notes on bottom of pages

    Hello members and mods,
    I am using a WordPress bloggers template for a commercial website,
    and although I have disabled comments,
    I still have these headings on the bottom of my page:

    “No Comments
    No comments yet.
    RSS feed for comments on this post.
    Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.”

    How can I get rid of them?

    Edit index.php and remove all references to <?php comments_popup_link()?>. You may also have to carry out the same edit in category.php, archive.php, tag.php and search.php if these files exist in your theme.
