Getting Previous Post Title

Here is my problem… I am using 2 different gravity forms( A and B). User fills out form ‘A’ with their address and it creates and publishes a post. Then the next page asks additional questions (Form B) about that address (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) and publishes another post. What I cannot figure out how to do is have the 2 Post have the title of the first post in the body of the post as a headline…..Have I lost you yet??
