After authoring a custom plugin, how does a developer get the plugin listed in the WP bug-tracker (Trac) at http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/ ?
I'd prefer to "play by the rules" and use the standardized bug-tracker than set up my own, but I can't find any docs that detail how to do this. It'd be great to have bugs be "officially" filed in a bug tracking system rather than rants and glitches pop up in the forum posts related to the plugin.
