I recently upgraded to WP 3.1 on several of my blogs. I'm now getting kicked out of my account and forced to re-login everytime I page through or search within the posts and users of the WP backend. The same thing happens when I work with comments. Whether I try to page through or select multiple comments for batch editing (mostly spam), i get kicked out to re sign in.
There are no problems on the public side of things. paging through and searching posts is no problem, but now I can't view anything but the posts/comments/users on the first page in my wp-admin section.
Any help?
Have you tried:
- checking through Troubleshooting WordPress 3.1 - Master List
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
- clearing your browser's cache & cookies

Thanks for the help. I just ended up downgrading to 3.03 again - hopefully 3.1.1 will fix the issues I had.

Unfortunately, none of those solved the problem. It's very strange, because on the blog itself, there are no issues, it's strictly an admin/backend issue where I get kicked out when I have to page through (or search) for posts, pages, comments and users.
