[resolved] Getting "Invalid argument supplied" error when activating SFBrowser (4 posts)

When activating the SFBrowser plugin, I get this error message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/*/public_html/*.com/wp-content/plugins/sfbrowser/wp_sfbrowser.php on line 43

    I've re-downloaded & uploaded this plugin.
    That doesn't help.

    Any advice?

hmmm... I've been meaning to refactor that part. I'll get on it.

    ...

Okay... in the dev version is a fix. At least I hope it's a fix: from what you said I only had a vague idea what could be the problem.

Let me know if it worked.

    Sjeiti,

I get the exact same error with the dev version.

Could this be a problem with my host?
    They recently said:

"firewall was recently updated to block outgoing port 80"

Could it be a permissions problem?

    Thank you for helping!

    Sjeiti,

I just tried this on another host, and it seems to work.
So I'm pretty sure my current host has done something that is conflicting with the plugin.

    Don't worry about it.
