I can access my blog fine on my old computer, but on my new one, when I type in my url I get Index of / and a list of files. I cannot get to wordpress.

The reason you can get to your site on your old computer is likely because it is cached. I too see only your index directory, which means that you're missing an index page.
When I click "live" I see get here:
http://www.practicallygardening.com/live/
... and see this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/miannotti/practicallygardening.com/live/index.php on line 4
What actions you do on your site just prior to this problem?

Undefined function is, 99% of the time, an incomplete upgrade. You need to try it again manually.

Posted 1 year ago #Thanks guys. Obviously I'm new at this. I did manage to go in and delete the files listed, then reload my theme and viola!
