   Not sure if I did something wrong, but in the last 12 hours we've been seeing the error below repeatedly and getting more spam registrations.

   An error has been detected
   Error: http_request_failed - Operation timed out after 5 seconds with 0 bytes received

   IP: 24.121.181.7
   Accessing: /wp-login.php?action=register
   Call took: 5.11448097229

   Can anyone help?

   It seems you have a problem connecting to Stop Forum Spam from your server.

   Thanks for the reply, Peter. That's what I suspected.

   Is this normal? I have a dedicated Rackspace server that I constantly monitor, so I know communications should be OK.

   Is it possible the Stop Forum Spam servers are blocking me or they have some other issue on their side? This error happens several times a day for us.
