Getting failure message, but mail is sent

    I’m getting the Failure status message on submit, but the mail is correcly delivered to the recipient. How does Jazzy Forms determine success/failure? Is it wp_mail() return code? Mail sent from other forms on the site using Custom Contact Forms are sent without failure. Any idea what could be causing the problem for Jazzy Forms?
