Hi, I’m doing a local development of a website and I’d like to syndicate my clients facebook events onto their website using your plugin.

Based upon the description in ‘installation’:

[Events are] no different than outputting a normal Page Feed! Just follow the instructions below and our plugin will detect what type of feed is being displayed.

I’m confused as to how the plugin ‘detects’ what type of feed is being displayed. I’ve got the regular feed working, but I want to filter the feed such that only events are shown…

    Any advice on achieving this?

    Hey John!

Sorry for the miscommunication – what I mean is that you can display Single events (and the Feed that is displayed on Facebook, when looking at an individual Event), by using the Event ID in the shortcode.

Otherwise, the feed will display all items (events, and non-events.) Currently, there is not an option to filter only display events, or vice-versa.

That does sound like a good option, though, so look for it soon!

    Thanks,
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. That definitely makes sense. I appreciate your clarification. I’m not sure how it would be possible to filter by events but if someone is to do it, you sound like you’d be the guy…

    Consider resolved.

I would be very glad too, to have the option of showing events only. Because that is the plugin I have been looking for.
