   I'm getting this error:

   Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public
   To correct this issue, move the .htaccess file from wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager to

   it doesn't tell me anything after the to ? ? ?
   Where do I move the .htaccess file to?

   /wp-content/backup-db/
   you need rename it from .htaccess.txt to .htaccess
   If you still have the error, check that your server has password protection enabled for that folder.
